At Fabric Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor projects and textile purchases. If your fabric or hardware doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unwashed and uncut items within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return for a refund or store credit.

Prepare the Package

Carefully fold the unused fabric and place it in its original packaging or a secure shipping bag to ensure it remains clean and undamaged during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the yardage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
