Can I order fabric samples before committing to a larger purchase?
Yes, we offer swatch samples for most of our fabrics to help you verify color, texture, and weight. Samples can be ordered directly from each product page for a small fee plus shipping.
How is the fabric measured and cut?
All fabrics are sold by the continuous yard. If you order multiple yards of the same fabric, it will be sent as one single piece. Please note that the width of the fabric varies by style and is listed in the product specifications.
What is your return policy for cut-to-size fabrics?
Because our fabrics are custom-cut to your specific order requirements, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We highly recommend ordering a sample first if you are unsure about a selection.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for large volume orders?

How should I care for and clean my new fabric?
Care instructions vary by material composition. Each product page includes specific cleaning codes (S, W, or WS) and washing recommendations. We always suggest testing a small, inconspicuous area before applying any cleaning agent.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are processed and cut within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
